Psycho- spiritual work supports the individual in evolving both personally and spiritually. Difficulties are held as powerful opportunities for growth and transformation.
Unlike conventional psychology, which often defines an individual in terms of pathology, this approach considers that there is a fundamental wisdom inherent in all of us.
The challenges we face have their own intrinsic intelligence, meant to transform layers of ignorance, and reveal the latent wisdom contained in Soul Essence.
Through the compassionate presence of the teacher, meditation, deep listening, and psycho- spiritual inquiry, the individual is supported in strengthening and refining their ability to access gentle awareness, and to bring its healing power into multiple dimensions of their experience.
